Water and Sewer Pre-Authorized Payment Plan

The Municipality of Arran-Elderslie is offering pre-authorized payments for water and sewer accounts. Please note not all Arran-Elderslie residents will receive a water and sewer bill, it may be incorporated in your tax installments. If you want to participate in the program, please fill out this online form and attach a void cheque or pre-authorized debit form.

I/We the undersigned, hereby authorize the Municipality of Arran-Elderslie to withdraw the amount(s) due for water and/or sewer from my/our financial institution on the due dates which are the last business day of Janurary, April, July and October. Please notify the office if your property sells or if you wish to cancel this method of payment.

I/We, the undersigned, hereby authorize the Municipality of Arran-Elderslie to withdraw the amount due on each installment date for taxes from my/our financial institution currently March, June, August and October. It is your responsibility to provide our office with notice two weeks prior to the due date to cancel this arrangement if your property sells or if you wish to cancel this method of payment. The Municipality reserves the right to cancel an existing pre-authorized arrangement if payments are not made regularly as stipulated. Any charges for non-sufficient funds, interest and penalties will be the sole responsibility of the taxpayer.

I verify that a blank cheque or pre-authorized debit form (PAD) has been attached, and the banking information provided is correct and up-to-date. Please note pre-authorized payments will not be initiated without a blank cheque or PAD attached.
